我對京都情有獨鍾，每年至少要去上一回，春夏冬四季皆宜，去多了，我的京都行事曆不以季節分，而以旬別。懂得京都旬味者知道此意，京都人最重視旬味，說世上每樣食材，在一年之中都有最美好的當令一旬十日美味。

每回到京都，一定先去錦小路市場走走...
