台北延平北路三段（延三夜市）集合了各類美食攤商與小吃店家，其中一家炒麵、炒飯專賣店號稱專家，從下午四點開店到深夜一點打烊，「炒麵專家」不時有饕客進門享用大火快炒的傳統美味。
